About

The Work Incentives Network (WIN) is one of Oregon's two free benefits-counseling programs for people with disabilities who want to work. Certified Work Incentive Coordinators, based at Centers for Independent Living across the state, help you understand how a job would affect your SSI or SSDI, Medicaid, and other benefits, and how work incentives let you keep more of what you earn. You can refer yourself. Contact the WIN Help Desk at 800-661-2571 or win.refer@odhs.oregon.gov, or ask a partner agency to send a referral. Run by the Oregon Department of Human Services.
