Transition Projects Shelter Bed Request

Trans-affirming housing resource · Multnomah County

About

Transition Projects runs several of Portland's largest shelters, and you request a bed with one online form instead of showing up. Use the Single Bed Form, or the Couples Bed Form if you are applying with a partner. You need an email address, there are no same-day beds, and you may not hear back right away, so keep checking in by email or text. Transition Projects says all of its shelters are gender affirming.

Eligibility

Adults 18+ in Multnomah County who are unhoused. Each shelter serves a different group; some ask for a TB test card or are alcohol and drug free. Well behaved, housebroken pets are welcome.
