You describe your situation and it gives immediate, plain-language guidance grounded in Oregon landlord-tenant law and Portland and Eugene local codes, and it can help you draft professional letters to your landlord. Think of it as a first-aid triage step for an eviction or housing problem: it helps you steady the situation and see your next move.
