Details
Statewide free legal aid prioritizing active eviction defense, housing discrimination, and tenant rights cases. Represents income-qualified Oregon residents at every stage of the FED process — from notice review through trial and appeal. Also assists with name changes, benefits denials, and other civil legal matters for low-income clients.
Eligibility
Income-qualified Oregon residents. Eviction defense has broader eligibility than general civil legal aid.
