Statewide free legal aid prioritizing active eviction defense, housing discrimination, and tenant rights cases. Represents income-qualified Oregon residents at every stage of the FED process, from notice review through trial and appeal. Also assists with name changes, benefits denials, and other civil legal matters for low-income clients.
