OneApp Greenlight

Housing resource

About

OneApp Greenlight is a free, donated lease-support service built for housing-focused nonprofit and case-management teams, not for individual renters to apply to directly. When a participant's rental application triggers extra scrutiny or a likely denial, Greenlight works with property managers to lower their approval risk so the placement can move forward faster, with less chasing of co-signers and exceptions. There is no cost to the organization and no minimums. If your housing or peer-support team places people into apartments, this can speed up approvals. OneApp also runs Approval Assist, a second-chance approval service that individual renters use directly.
