OHSU Transgender Health Program
Trans-affirmingLast updated Jun 2026
About
OHSU runs one of the nation's most comprehensive transgender health programs, providing gender-affirming care across specialties, including adult psychiatry and psychology with shorter-term assessment, support, and letters of support, plus referrals to community therapists, and a full range of gender-affirming surgery for adults. NOTE: as of early 2025 OHSU paused gender-affirming surgery for patients under age 19 due to staffing changes; the program continues full surgical care for adults 19 and older. 503-494-8311.
