About

Federally Qualified Health Center serving youth ages 16 to 24, with integrated services spanning primary care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, mental health, dental, an ID Project for document acquisition, employment training, and youth housing programs. Trans Services Coordinator on staff. One of the few clinics in Portland that combines healthcare with the wraparound services trans youth often need (ID, employment, housing).
