The Multnomah County Behavioral Health Crisis Line offers free, 24/7 phone support for anyone experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, including connection to mobile crisis services and referrals. Call (503) 988-4888 any time. For an immediate life-threatening emergency, call or text 988 or call 911.
