About
YWCA of Greater Portland works at the intersection of gender-based violence and homelessness, providing survivors with transitional housing (five democratically-run houses), case management, counseling, and a free, confidential 24/7 crisis line for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. It also runs senior services, youth programs, and is one of Oregon's largest providers of social-justice education, including a 40-hour DV advocate training. Phone (503) 294-7400.
