Queer Outdoors is an LGBTQ+ job board for the outdoor and environmental sectors, founded in 2021 by Pattie Gonia and Red Fong on the idea that queer people belong everywhere outdoors. It lists full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles across conservation, hospitality, education, and nonprofits throughout North America, and it lets job seekers post their own profile so employers who celebrate who you are can find you.
