About

Postpartum Support International (PSI) is a national nonprofit, headquartered in Portland, that supports people experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and after birth. PSI runs a free helpline (1-800-944-4773, call or text), online support groups, a directory of trained perinatal mental health providers, and education. Support is available to all parents and birthing people regardless of gender identity; the helpline is not an emergency line.
