Pineapple Support is a nonprofit providing free and subsidized therapy plus 24/7 emotional support to people working in the online adult industry, with a network of sex-worker-friendly, kink-aware therapists offering in-person and online sessions on a pay-what-you-can basis. Many sex workers are LGBTQ+, making this a relevant community resource.
