SNAP, administered by Oregon's Department of Human Services, provides monthly food benefits loaded onto an Oregon Trail (EBT) card. Most households can apply if gross income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Apply online, by phone, or in person, then complete an interview with ODHS. 800-699-9075.
