About

Oregon Medicaid program covering primary care, hospital care, prescription drugs, dental, mental health, substance use treatment, and gender-affirming care (HRT, surgery, mental health support). One of the strongest Medicaid programs for trans coverage in the country. Members select a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO), Health Share of Oregon is the largest for Portland Metro.

Adults up to 138% Federal Poverty Level (verify current 2026 threshold). Pregnant people up to 185% FPL. Kids at higher thresholds. Cover All People covers adults regardless of immigration status.
