Mosaic Community Health is a federally qualified community health center serving Central Oregon with medical, behavioral, dental, and pharmacy services regardless of ability to pay, welcoming all gender identities and offering gender-affirming care including hormone therapy (provider Kerry Gillette, PA, is a regional GAC educator).
