Dr. Hema Thakar is a board-certified surgeon (FACS) providing gender-affirming chest and breast surgery as part of Legacy Health's Transgender Health Program, alongside Dr. Nicholas Esmonde. Surgery requires one mental-health support letter (none for consult). 503-413-4992.
