Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette runs health centers across the Portland metro region offering birth control, STI testing and treatment, cancer screenings, abortion care, and wellness exams on a sliding fee scale and with most insurance. The affiliate provides gender-affirming hormone therapy and related care for transgender and nonbinary patients.
