About

Legacy Health's Gender Care Services (Gender and Sexual Health Program) provides comprehensive gender-affirming care to trans, gender-diverse, and intersex adults across Portland and SW Washington, including informed-consent hormone therapy, primary care, gynecologic care, and reconstructive surgery by Legacy surgeons. All Legacy hospitals scored 100 on the HRC Healthcare Equality Index. Program line 503-413-5600.
