Independent Living Resources (ILR) is a disability-led nonprofit serving the Portland metro as a Center for Independent Living. It offers free, consumer-directed help with the skills and systems of independent living, including advocacy, peer support, information and referral, and housing and benefits navigation, for people with any disability.
