EOCIL's 2Spirit & LGBTQIA+ Services is one of the oldest and largest two-spirit and LGBTQIA+ service providers in Eastern Oregon, serving 13 counties including Baker. Programs include community building, safe spaces, youth outreach, harm reduction, and HIV community services, alongside the agency's independent living services for people with disabilities. Reach out through the EOCIL website or their offices in Ontario, Pendleton, and The Dalles.
