Property Partners agree to reduced screening criteria (e.g., relaxed credit, criminal, and rental history requirements) while Community Partners provide ongoing case management. Backstops landlord risk with up to 3 months rent support for emergencies, damage coverage beyond security deposit, and 2 years of tenant stability services. Case managers must be at a contracted partner agency to refer.
