About

Tech-enabled nonprofit operating in Washington, Oregon, and Texas that positions itself as intermediary between landlords and case management agencies. Property Partners agree to reduced screening criteria (e.g., relaxed credit, criminal, and rental history requirements) while Community Partners provide ongoing case management. Backstops landlord risk with up to 3 months rent support for emergencies, damage coverage beyond security deposit, and 2 years of tenant stability services. Case managers must be at a contracted partner agency to refer.
