The Marie Equi Center (formerly the Equi Institute) is a Portland-based 501(c)(3) health organization serving the trans, queer, intersex, and gender-diverse community across the Pacific Northwest. It runs a Community Health Program, harm reduction and recovery support, and a Trans & Queer Service Center, alongside statewide advocacy.
