EOCIL is an independent living center in Ontario that runs a Two-Spirit and LGBTQIA+ program serving 13 eastern and central Oregon counties. You can find safe spaces, a youth drop-in, harm reduction, and peer support. Branch offices are in Pendleton, Burns, and The Dalles. Call (541) 889-3119.
