Details

Oregon's federally-designated Protection and Advocacy organization for people with disabilities. Provides free legal aid for disability discrimination, education, mental health rights, and benefits issues. Operates the Plan for Work program — federally funded Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) for Oregon and SW Washington — helping disabled people navigate working while on SSI/SSDI without losing benefits.
