Constructing Hope offers skills training and education for careers in construction, with a focus on people affected by incarceration. Programs include a free 10-week Adult Construction Training pre-apprenticeship, Career Advancement Support Services connecting graduates to apprenticeships and pathway jobs, and the Building Equity Program, which helps current students and graduates clear Oregon criminal records and obtain an Oregon Driver's License. 405 NE Church St, Portland. 503-281-1234.
