About

ColumbiaCare Services is a nonprofit behavioral health and veterans agency operating across Oregon, offering a full spectrum of care for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Programs include licensed residential treatment facilities and homes, residential crisis programs, and supportive housing including Portland apartment sites. In Portland it runs the Aspen Hill Residential Treatment Facility (503-305-6296) and the Autumn Ridge Residential Treatment Home at 13850 SE Autumn Ridge Terrace (503-974-9250). Residential placement generally comes through a community mental health program, not direct public intake. Main line and supportive housing 541-858-8170.
