William Temple House is a longstanding Portland nonprofit providing food, mental health counseling, clothing, and household items. Its NW Hoyt location runs a food pantry (Tue/Wed/Thu 11am-2pm), and the organization offers sliding-scale counseling ($0-80) plus a mobile Anchor & Access initiative for high-barrier populations.
