About

WellMama is a Eugene-based 501(c)(3) providing perinatal mental health support to new, expectant, and grieving parents in Lane County. Services are free and include one-on-one text support, in-person and online peer support groups, case consultations, and prevention-focused wellness workshops covering pregnancy, birth, postpartum, adoption, infertility, and perinatal loss.
