About

Tides of Change supports survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and human trafficking in Tillamook County. Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, food, clothing, transportation, hospital and court accompaniment, help with restraining and stalking orders, relocation assistance, counseling, and support groups. Survivors can reach the crisis line any time at 503-842-9486. Formerly the Tillamook County Women's Resource Center.
