The Wash House offers free laundry and hot showers to people experiencing homelessness, staffed by participants of Ground Score Association's GLITTER program. You can drop off one bag of laundry per day and get a ticket telling you when it will be ready, usually the same or next day, and hot showers come with shampoo, soap, and a towel. Open Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am to 4pm at 2609 SE 6th Ave, Portland.
