About

The Harbor is Clatsop County's sole advocacy center for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking, offering free, confidential services to people of all genders. Support includes a 24/7 crisis line, confidential emergency shelter, safety planning, sexual-assault advocacy with medical and legal accompaniment, and support groups, with bilingual Spanish support. Formerly the Clatsop County Women's Resource Center. Call the 24/7 line at 503-325-5735 or the office at 503-325-3426.
