The Harbor is Clatsop County's sole advocacy center for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking, offering free, confidential services to people of all genders. Support includes a 24/7 crisis line, confidential emergency shelter, safety planning, sexual-assault advocacy with medical and legal accompaniment, and support groups, with bilingual Spanish support.
