Take Space To Feel is a queer-run yoga therapy practice in Portland using somatic practices to ease anxiety, ADHD, autism-related distress, and addiction, led by a genderqueer practitioner specializing in queer, trans, and neurodivergent clients and caregivers. Online and in-person on a sliding scale. (Yoga/somatic therapy, adjunct to clinical care.) 503-660-8546.
