Sprout Therapy PDX is a queer-founded outpatient clinic serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families statewide with LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care designed for queer, trans, and nonbinary clients, accepting OHP/Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. Two Portland offices (North Tabor and St. Johns) plus statewide telehealth. 971-319-4827.
