About

Spectrum Counseling & Mental Wellness is a Portland 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2023 providing low-cost and free mental health care for LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities, including transgender clients, with individual, family, teen, and couples therapy plus groups and access grants. NOTE: all services currently have significant waitlists and OHP intake is very limited. 971-373-4497.
