About

Founded in 2005, Siren Nation is a Portland-based nonprofit that inspires and empowers women and nonbinary people to create their own art, build community, and celebrate the achievements of women in the arts. It produces year-round performance, exhibition, and educational opportunities, including the annual Siren Nation Festival and open calls for creative women. Artists and audiences can get involved through events and volunteer opportunities listed on the website.
