About

SAFE of Columbia County, based in St. Helens, is the county's only provider of confidential advocacy and emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. It offers temporary refuge for adults and their children at a confidential location, plus safety planning, referrals, and prevention programming in every county school district. All services are free and open to anyone affected by violence. The 24-hour bilingual hotline is 503-397-6161.
