Safe Harbors is a grassroots nonprofit in Enterprise serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and trafficking across Wallowa County. It provides crisis intervention, advocacy, help with housing, jobs, and hospitalization, support obtaining restraining orders, and community education. As the only such agency in the county, it is a critical local lifeline. Reach the crisis line at 541-426-6565.
