About

The Rural Organizing Project supports a multi-issue, rural-centered grassroots base across Oregon, strengthening 90+ local autonomous human-dignity groups and two community centers. Founded in response to the 1992 Oregon Citizens Alliance anti-gay ballot measure, ROP has deep roots defending LGBTQ+ and marginalized rural Oregonians.
