About
Since 1977, Raphael House of Portland has helped survivors of intimate partner violence find safety and rebuild independence. Services include an 11-room emergency shelter at a confidential location, a 24/7 hotline, on-site and community-based advocacy, and prevention education. They serve anyone impacted by domestic violence regardless of gender identity, sexuality, ethnicity, immigration status, language, or disability, and welcome multigenerational families and pets. Call the 24-hour hotline at (503) 222-6222.
