Project DOVE is a nonprofit serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking in Malheur County. Services include a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, food, clothing, rent and deposit assistance, peer support, safety planning, help obtaining protective orders, court accompaniment, and bilingual advocacy. The organization serves survivors of any race, economic status, disability, citizenship status, age, or sexual orientation. Reach the 24-hour crisis hotline at 1-800-889-2000.
