Project DOVE is a nonprofit serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking in Malheur County. Services include a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, food, clothing, rent and deposit assistance, peer support, safety planning, help obtaining protective orders, court accompaniment, and bilingual advocacy.
