Prisoner Express, a program of the Durland Alternatives Library in Ithaca, New York, gives incarcerated people access to information, education, and a public forum for creative self-expression, publishing a free newsletter twice a year and running mail-based programs in creative writing, chess, meditation, journaling, and art.
