Portland Street Medicine provides whole-person medical care to people who are unhoused or facing unstable housing, meeting them in tents, camps, and on the street rather than in a clinic, and partnering with community providers to improve access to primary, behavioral, and addiction care. There is no clinic location; care is delivered in the field. Phone 503-501-1231.
