Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon provides birth control, STI testing and treatment, cancer and wellness screenings, and abortion care at affordable rates, accepting most insurance and offering a sliding scale. The affiliate offers gender-affirming hormone therapy for transgender and nonbinary patients alongside its other services. The Eugene-Springfield Health Center is the main clinic; appointments can be made online or by calling 541-344-9411.
