Portland People's Outreach Project (also known as the People's Harm Reduction Alliance) is a volunteer, peer-run harm reduction organization serving people who use drugs. Through street outreach it distributes clean syringes, pipes, naloxone (Narcan), and other essential supplies with dignity and respect, free of judgment.
