p:ear builds relationships with young people experiencing homelessness or unstable housing through art, education, recreation, and job training, helping each person define the future they want. It serves people ages 15 to 25, and you can enroll any time before your 24th birthday if you are currently homeless or unstably housed. Based at 338 NW 6th Ave in Portland, serving more than 800 young people a year since 2002.
