Portland Animal Welfare Team is a volunteer-powered nonprofit providing free veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter, medication, pet food, and supplies to keep pets and their people together. It serves thousands of Portland-area families a year, including people living on the streets, in shelters, or in government housing.
