Oregon Tradeswomen has built women's economic independence since 1989 through education, mentorship, and advocacy in the building, mechanical, electrical, and utility trades. Their flagship Trades and Apprenticeship Career Class (TACC) is a free, state-certified pre-apprenticeship program for self-identified women preparing to enter construction careers, paired with hands-on training, job placement, and support services.
