About
The Oregon Department of Justice Bias Response Hotline is a statewide line for anyone who has experienced or witnessed a bias incident or hate crime, including bias based on gender identity or sexual orientation. Trauma-informed advocates help you understand your options, decide on next steps, and get support and referrals, including help reporting to law enforcement if you choose. They cannot investigate reports themselves. Interpreters in over 240 languages are available. Call 1-844-924-BIAS (1-844-924-2427), 9am to 5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday, and leave a message after hours. You can also report online at StandAgainstHate.Oregon.gov.
