My Hair My Health PDX is a Portland-metro 501(c)(3) founded in 2021 that creates spaces of healing and celebration to help Black women and their families thrive. It empowers Black women and girls in Oregon through workshops, trainings, classes, events, and curated health resources that build a collaborative village of mutual support.
