Multnomah County Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

Multnomah County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities provides case management for adults with an intellectual or developmental disability, coordinating in-home and day support, foster and group home referrals, transportation, employment supports, and housing assistance including short-term rent help. To qualify, the condition must be expected to last a lifetime, with an intellectual disability that began before age 18 or a developmental disability that began before age 22. 503-988-6258, idd@multco.us.
